Shrenu Parikh (born 11 November 1991) is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi television.

Parikh is widely recognised for her portrayal of Gauri Trivedi Singh Oberoi in Ishqbaaaz and its spin-off series, Dil Boley Oberoi.

The former earned her an Indian Telly Award nomination.

Parikh was born on 11 November 1991 in Vadodara, Gujarat, into a Hindu Gujarati family.

She has a younger brother, Shubham Parikh.

Parikh did her schooling from Navarachana Vidyani Vidyalaya and graduated with a Pharmacy degree from the Babaria Institute of Pharmacy, Vadodara.

2008

In 2008, Parikh won Miss Vadodara, before venturing into acting.

2010

Parikh made her acting debut with Zindgi Ka Har Rang...Gulaal in 2010.

Her notable portrayal include playing Rajnibala Vaishnav in Byaah Hamari Bahoo Ka, Aastha Agnihotri in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? Ek Baar Phir and Pooja Sharma Mittal in Ek Bhram...Sarvagun Sampanna.

Parikh made her acting debut with a small appearance as Roopa in Zindgi Ka Har Rang...Gulaal, in 2010.

2011

In 2011, Parikh played Aastha in Havan, her first lead role opposite Kunal Verma.

2012

From 2012 to 2013, Parikh played Rajnibala "Rajni" Vaishnav opposite Gaurav Khanna in Byaah Hamari Bahoo Ka.

Speaking about her experience in this series, she says "I learned voice modulation and worked on my body language. I have grown as an actor".

2013

From 2013 to 2015, Parikh appeared in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? Ek Baar Phir opposite Avinash Sachdev.

She played Aastha Kirloskar Agnihotri, a women who fight against domestic violence.

Speaking about her experience, Parikh stated that the show was a "turning point" in her career and gave her recognition as Aastha.

2017

She made her film debut with the Hindi film Thodi Thodi Si Manmaaniyan (2017) and received positive reviews for her Gujarati film debut, Lamboo Rastoo (2018).

In 2017, Parikh played the lead Gauri in Indian television's first spin-off series, Dil Boley Oberoi opposite Kunal Jaisingh.

From 2017 to 2018, Parikh played Gauri Trivedi Singh Oberoi opposite Kunal Jaisingh in Ishqbaaaz.

The show proved to be a major success and earned her recognition.

She received Indian Telly Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role nomination for the same.

In 2017, Parikh also made her film debut with Thodi Thodi Si Manmaaniyan, playing a singer Neha opposite Arsh Sehrawat.

Parikh was named the Ahmedabad Times' Most Desirable Women in 2017 and 2018.

2018

In 2018, she played a musician's wife Shruti opposite Jay Soni in her Gujarati film debut, Lamboo Rastoo.

The Times of India noted: "Shrenu is a delight to watch on the big screen and share a pretty good onscreen chemistry with Jay Soni. She leaves a mark in some major scenes of the film."

In Times' Most Desirable Women on TV, she was placed 17th in 2018 and 20th in 2019.

The actress has endorsed Santoor soap and also did an advertisement with Vidya Balan.

2019

In 2019, Parikh played Pooja "Jahnvi" Sharma Mittal, a revengeful woman in Ek Bhram...Sarvagun Sampanna, opposite Zain Imam.

Critics praised her performance and found it to be "convincing".

In 2021, Parikh made her web debut with the Gujarati series, Kshadyantra playing Shalini Patel, a materialistic woman.

Parikh then appeared in the Hindi series, Damaged 3, playing Shanaya Roy, a stubborn and secretive journalist.

From 2021 to 2022, she played Genda Agrawal in Ghar Ek Mandir – Kripa Agrasen Maharaj Ki, opposite Akshay Mhatre.

The show was entirely filmed in Jaipur.

In 2023, Parikh played a member of a political family in the film, Family: Politics of Blood.

In the same year, she played Maitree Mishra Tiwari opposite Zaan Khan and Samarth Jurel in Maitree.

Parikh met actor Akshay Mhatre on the sets of Ghar Ek Mandir in 2021.

She later confirmed dating Mhatre in February 2023.

On 21 December 2023, Parikh married Mhatre in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in Vadodara.
