2010

After graduating from high school, she didn't go to college and worked as a hairdresser assistant at a hair salon, and in 2010, at the age of 22, she went to the acting department of the Korea National University of Arts Theatre.

2014

She debuted in the film Late Spring (2014) for which she won Best Actress at the 14th Milan International Film Festival, making her the first Korean to receive the honor.
