Erik Thomas Shoji (born August 24, 1989) is an American professional volleyball player who plays as a libero for ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle and the U.S. national team.

2008

Shoji was a member of the Men’s Junior National Team in 2008 and 2009.

2013

He joined the senior national team in 2013 and helped the team win the gold medal at the NORCECA Championship.

2016

Shoji was a bronze medalist at the Olympic Games Rio 2016 and the 2018 World Championship; the 2014 World League and 2015 World Cup winner, and a two–time Champions League winner (2022, 2023) with ZAKSA.

Shoji's parents are Dave and Mary Shoji.

His older brother, Kawika Shoji, was a setter for the U.S. national team.
